Tarragon Dressing For Fresh Spinach Sala

Dressing 12 Servings

INGREDIENTS

1 c Salad oil
4 T Wine vinegar
2 t Sugar
1 t Salt
1/2 t Pepper
2 T Fresh or dried tarragon

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a small jar. Shake well, then refrigerate
for several hours.  Dressing will keep in refrigerator for months.
