Teriyaki Steak for Fondue

INGREDIENTS

1 lb Sirloin steak
2/3 c Soy sauce
1/4 c White wine
2 tb Sugar
1/2 tb Ground ginger
1 Clove garlic; minced

INSTRUCTIONS

Cut steak into 3/4-inch cubes. Combine other ingredients and put in a dish
with a cover. Add steak cubes and marinate for at least 30 to 40 minutes.
Spear meat with fondue fork and cook in hot oil until as done as desired.
Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
