INGREDIENTS

2 lb Sausage
18 To 24 eggs beaten
1/2 Bag hash browns thawed
1 lg Jar picante sauce
1 c Milk
1 pk 12oz grated cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

Spread hash browns in bottom of large casserole dish and let thaw.Fry
sausage until well done, drain and add picante sauce. Spread on top of hash
browns. Beat eggs in separate bowl and add milk. Mix together and season.
zPour over sausage and bake at 375 for 1 1 1/2 hours or until done.
