INGREDIENTS

2 Squares unsweetened
chocolate
2 T Butter
2/3 c Boiling water
2 c Sugar
4 T White corn syrup
1 Tps vanilla
Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Melt chocolate and butter in saucepan. Add boiling water very slowly.
Gradually bring to the boil. Add sugar, salt and syrup. Boil gently
for 5 minutes. Cover. Cool. Add vanilla. Serve warm over ice cream.
