INGREDIENTS

3 T Sesame oil
2 T Lemon juice, to taste 2 to
4 Bay leaves, crumbled
1 t Chilli powder
375 g Button mushrooms, sliced
12oz
Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat the oil in a saucepan over a low heat and add the lemon juice,
bay leaves and chilli powder. Cook for 1 minute.  Add the mushrooms and
cook for 3-4 minutes, taking care not to  overcook.  Season with salt
