Tofu Baked In A Lemon-rosemary Marinade

INGREDIENTS

1 lb Firm tofu, cut 1/2" slices
3 T Fresh lemon juice, strained
1 T Balsamic vinegar
2 T Shoyu
1/2 t Minced fresh rosemary
1 T Olive oil, plus
1 t Olive oil
1 pn Freshly-ground white pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place tofu in a baking dish and pour over
marinade. Bake 30 minutes or until browned and marinade has been
