INGREDIENTS

2 c Tomato Juice
1 3 Oz Lemon Gelatin Powder
1 T Vinegar
1 t Worcestershire Sauce
1 T Onion Juice
1 t Celery Seed
1 6 Oz Artichoke Hearts
drained

INSTRUCTIONS

1974    
Heat 1 cup tomato juice, add gelatin, and dissolve. Add remaining
ingredients. Chill until firm.  Serves 4 to 6  Source: "Mountain
