Tomato-Meat Sauce

INGREDIENTS

1/2 lb Lean ground beef
1 md Onion; chopped
2 Cloves garlic; minced
6 md Fresh tomatoes; peeled, seeded and cut up
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts American Heart Association original herb seasoning
1/2 ts Sugar
1/2 ts Basil leaves
1/4 c Red wine

INSTRUCTIONS

In large skillet, combine beef, onion and garlic; cook until beef is no
longer pink. Set aside. In blender, combine remaining ingredients; process
for 30 seconds. Add tomato mixture to meat and vegetables; simmer for 20
minutes. Refrigerate leftovers.
