Tomatoes With Avocado Dressing

INGREDIENTS

1 Ripe avocado
1/3 c Mayonnaise
1 T Lemon or lime juice
1 T Onion juice
1 ds Worcestershire sauce
3 Tomatoes
Lettuce leaves
Salt to taste
Chopped chives

INSTRUCTIONS

Put avocado in blender or food processor. Mix with mayonnaise, add
lemon or lime juice, onion juice, worcestershire sauce, and salt.  Peel
3 large tomatoes, slice and arrange on lettuce leaves. Pour  dressing
over tomatoes and sprinkle with chopped chives. Serves 4.  Recipe by:
