Tomatoes With Basil Parmesan Dressing

INGREDIENTS

8 Red Tomatoes
1/4 c Parmesan Cheese, Sliced Or
Grated
1/4 c Fresh Basil, Chopped
Salt And Pepper, To Taste
1/4 c Red Wine Vigenar Or Balsamic
1/4 c Olive Oil

INSTRUCTIONS

Cut the tomatoes into slices 1/2 inch thick. Sprinkle with the cheese
and basil. Combine the salt, pepper, vinegar and oil and pour over th
tomatoes. Refrigerate for 1 hour, or until serving time. Toss. Typed
