3 Eggs
1 c Sugar
1 c Shredded Coconut
2/3 c Corsely Chopped Walnuts
3 tb Melted Butter
2 tb Vanilla Extract
1 ts Ground Nutmeg -Freshly Ground is best
1 Jar Marischino Cherries Undrained (8 ozs.)
1 cn Manderine Orange Segments undranined (11 ozs)
1 Loaf Cinnamon Raisin Bread (16 ozs)
1 1/2 c Powdered Sugar
1/2 c Melted Butter
1/4 c Whipping Cream
1 Egg Yolk
2 tb Orange Flavored Liquore

ORANGE SAUCE

Preheat oven to350 degrees farenh. lightly spray 13 X 9 " baking pan with
butter flavored cooking spray Plump raisins in a lil warm water 2 -3
minutes, then drain combine Raisins, Milk, Eggs, sugar, Coconut, Walnuts,
Butter, Vanilla and Nutmeg in a large bowl, add cherries and oranges with
liquid and mix well break bread into large pieces add to milk mixture,
mixture should be moist but not soupy, pour into prepared pan, sprinkle
with additional coconut if desired Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes or until
knife inserted in center comes out clean serve topped with Orange Sauce..
Orange Sauce: Combine sugar, butter, and whipping cream in medium saucecpan
Wisk in egg yolk mix well.  Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until
thickened Remove from heat and add liquore, cool slightly.
