Tsuke-Jiru Dipping Sauce

INGREDIENTS
| 2 | tb | Mirin (sweet rice vinegar) |
| 1/4 | c | Low sodium soy sauce |
| 1 | c | Dashi (japanese soup stock) |
| 1/4 | c | Katsuobushi (dried bonita shavings) |
INSTRUCTIONS
