Tuna and Swiss Cheese Pie

INGREDIENTS

3 Eggs
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Dry mustard dash of pepper
1 c Whipping cream
3/4 c Ale
1 Unbaked 9-inch pastry shell, chilled
2 cn (6 1/2 oz) tuna, drained and flaked
6 oz Swiss cheese, shredded
1 tb Flour

INSTRUCTIONS

Beat eggs, salt, dry mustard and pepper until foamy. Beat in cream and ale.
Cover bottom of pastry shell with a layer of tuna. Sprinkle half of cheese
over tuna. Repeat layering. Sprinkle flour over cheese. Pour egg mixture
over top. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Turn oven control to 300
degrees and bake 25 minutes or until a knife inserted halfway between
center and edge of filling comes out clean. Makes 6 entree servings or
10-12 appetizer servings.
