Tuna Melt Pitas

INGREDIENTS

1 cn (7 oz) flaked white tuna
3/4 c Diced celery
3/4 c Shredded Cheddar cheese
1/3 c Mayonnaise
2 Green onions, chopped
2 tb Green pickle relish
10 Mini pita breads
Paprika

INSTRUCTIONS

Drain and flake tuna.  In bowl, combine tuna, celery, Cheddar, mayonnaise,
onions and relish.
Cut pitas in half to form circles; arrange on baking sheet. Top each half
with heaping tablespoon tuna mixture. Sprinkle with paprika to taste.
(Pitas can be prepared to this point, covered and refrigerated for up to 1
day.)
Bake in 350°F oven for 15 minutes or until Cheddar melts. Makes 20
