Tuna Salad

INGREDIENTS

1 cn Tuna, drained (6 oz)
1/8 ts Salt (to taste)
1/8 ts Black Pepper (to taste)
1/4 ts Garlic
1 tb Parsley
1/4 c Chopped celery
1/4 c Or so, Onion, finely diced
1/2 ts Lemon Juice
1/3 c To 1/2 c mayo. (to taste)
Paprika

INSTRUCTIONS

Drain the tuna and break it up into small sized chunks. Add all dry
ingredients; salt, pepper, garlic and, parsley. Then add the celery, lemon
juice and, onions. Fold in the mayonnaise until it is blended.
Serve a scoop on top of green salid, or between two pieces of bread or
toast. Sprinkle a little paprika on top to add a little flavor and color.
Fresh Lettuce is also a wonderful addition to any sandwich.
