INGREDIENTS

2 cn Water pack tuna, drained (up to 4)
1 cn (11 oz) mandarin oranges, drained
1/4 lb Fresh mushrooms, sliced
4 oz Slivered almonds, toasted or cashews
1 Bottle (small) stuffed green olives, cut in half
1 cn Water packed artichoke hearts, drined
1 cn Sliced water chestnuts, drained
1/2 c Mayonaise (up to 1)
1/2 c Sour cream (up to 1)
1 tb Lemon juice
2 ts Sugar
1 bn Green onions, sliced

INSTRUCTIONS

DRESSING

Mix ingredients and put in large bowl. Mix dressing ingredients together in
a bowl, pour over salad. Serves 8 to 12.
(why not add coconut) (It also makes sense to substitute for sour cream,
mayo, and omit or cut down on any of the other ingredients according to
preference and dietary choices/restrictions) Have I covered it all? Posted
