Turkey and Green Bean Parmesan

INGREDIENTS

2 pk Frozen French-style green beans
3 tb Butter
3 tb Flour
1/4 ts Salt
Fresh black pepper
Fresh ground black pepper
1/2 ts Prepared mustard
1 1/2 c Milk
1/3 c Mayonnaise
1 Lemon; juice of
1 Lemon peel; grated
2 c Cooked turkey; cubed
1/2 c Parmesan cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook beans according to package directions, drain. Melt butter & flour &
blend in salt, pepper & mustard. Add milk & cook until smooth & thick.
Remove from heat. Fold in mayonnaise, lemon peel & juice. Stir in turkey.
Spread beans on bottom of shallow baking dish. Pour in turkey mixture. Top
with cheese. Bake 30-40 minutes at 350. Serves 6.
