Turkey Asparagus Melt

INGREDIENTS

1/4 c Mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 tb Dijon mustard
1/2 ts Dried sage leaves; crushed
3 Sourdough hoagie buns or hoagie buns; split lengthwise (about 6-inch length)
3/4 lb Sliced cooked turkey
1 cn (15 oz) green giant extra long tender green asparagus spears; drained
1/2 c Red onion rings
1 1/2 c Shredded colby cheese; monterey jack blend cheese or cheddar cheese
6 sandwiches

INSTRUCTIONS

In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard and sage; mix well. Spread 1 to
2 tablespoons mixture on each bun half. Top each with one-sixth of turkey,
asparagus spears, onion rings and cheese.
Place sandwiches on broiler pan. Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat 3 to 4
minutes or until thoroughly heated and cheese is bubbly.
