INGREDIENTS

16 oz Frozen broccoli spears, 1
package
4 t Prepared mustard
1 oz Whole wheat bread, 4
toasted
1 oz Deli turkey breast, 4
1 oz Reduced-fat sharp Cheddar
cheese 1/4 cup
shredded
1 c Alfalfa sprouts

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook broccoli according to package directions. Drain; set aside.
Spread 1 teaspoon mustard over each bread slice; place on a baking
sheet. Top each with 1 turkey slice, 3 broccoli spears, and 1
tablespoon cheese. Broil 3 inches from heat 1-1/2 minutes. Top with
1/4 cup sprouts. Yield: 4 sandwiches.  Per serving: 86 Calories; 2g Fat
(19% calories from fat); 8g Protein;  10g Carbohydrate; 6mg
