Turkey Sandwiches with Berry Cream Cheese

INGREDIENTS

1/4 c Nonfat cream cheese
1/4 c Seedless raspberry jam
1 tb Chopped walnuts, toasted
8 sl Whole-wheat bread, (3/4-ounce)
4 Curly leaf lettuce leaves
1/2 lb Thinly sliced cooked turkey breast

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well. Spread 2
tablespoons cream cheese mixture over each of 4 slices of bread. Top each
with 1 lettuce leaf, 2 ounces turkey, and remaining bread slices. Yield: 4
servings.
Per serving: 422 Calories; 8g Fat (17% calories from fat); 27g Protein; 63g
Carbohydrate; 36mg Cholesterol; 617mg Sodium
NOTES : The berry cream cheese is also good spread on bagels.
