INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 lb Ground veal; (see Note)
1 pk Frozen creamed spinach; thawed (9 ounces)
2 Eggs; beaten
1 c Dry bread crumbs
1/2 ts Garlic powder
1 ts Salt
1/2 ts Black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, combine all the
ingredients; mix well. Form into a loaf on a large rimmed baking sheet.
Bake for 55 to 60 minutes, or until the meat is cooked through and no pink
remains.
NOTE: You can substitute ground beef, pork, or lamb for the veal, but veal
makes it seem fancy.
