INGREDIENTS

1 tb Olive oil
450 g Vegetarian mince
75 g Portabellini mushrooms; halved
1 Garlic clove; crushed
1 Vegetable stock cube
1 tb Tomato puree
Salt and pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

1 Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the mince along with the mushrooms and
garlic for 2-3 minutes.
2 Dissolve the stock cube in a third of a pint of water and pour over. Mix
in the tomato puree and seasoning. Simmer for 8-10 minutes. Stroganoff is
best served with rice.
