Vegetarian-stuffed Pizza

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 c Water, warmed
2 T Olive oil
1 t Salt
1 t Sugar
1 c Whole wheat flour
2 1/3 c Bread flour
2 1/4 t Yeast
Pizza sauce
Filling
2 c Mozzarella cheese, non-fat
1 c Broccoli flowerets
1 c Cauliflower flowerets
1 t Oregano, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.F. Sprinkle a Pam sprayed pizza pan with  1
Tbs. cornmeal. Remove dough from machine. Roll 2/3 dough into  14-inch
circle and place on a 12-inch pan. Mix together filling  ingredients
and spoon over dough, leaving a 2-inch border. Roll  remaining dough
into a14-inch circle and place on top. Fold edges  over and crimp,
sealing shut.  Slit top with fork or sharp knofe in 4 or 5 places.
Brush with pizza  sauce on pizza, warm the rest  and pour over baked
