INGREDIENTS

1 c Skim milk
1/2 c Plus
1 tb Couscous
2 1/2 tb Brown sugar; packed
1/4 c Dark raisins
1/4 ts Cinnamon
1/3 c NF yogurt

INSTRUCTIONS

1.  In small saucepan, heat milk until just boiling.  Stir in couscous,
sugar, raisins and cinnamon.  Remove mixture from heat and cover with
tight-fitting lid.  Allow to sit 10 mins, until milk is absorbed.  Stir in
yogurt and serve.
My notes:  I like to add a bit of extra brown sugar for more flavour.

180    calories, 0.4g fat (2% CFF)
50 mg sodium
