INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Dried Apricots — firmly
Packed
1 1/2 c Water
46 oz Apricot Nectar
1/4 c Frozen Tangerine Juice —
Thawed
3 tb Lemon Juice
1/2 c Brandy — optional

INSTRUCTIONS

Smoothly puree dried apricots and water in blender.  Rub puree through a
fine strainer into a 3- to 4-quart pan.  Add apricot nectar, tangerine
concentrate, and lemon juice.  Stir over high heat until steaming. Add
brandy, if desired.  Pour into mugs.  Makes 8 cups, 6 to 8 servings.
