INGREDIENTS

4 Stalks celery; peeled and diced
2 tb Lemon juice
3 tb Lowfat mayonnaise
3 tb Non-fat sour cream
1 Smoked whitefish to yield 2 cups fish, bones removed
White pepper; to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Combne all ingredients except fish and pepper. Add fish. Add pepper to
taste.
