INGREDIENTS

2 tb Water
4 tb Butter
2 lb Fresh swiss chard; trimmed, washed,
; and well drained

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Bring the water and butter to a boil in a 10-inch cast-iron skillet.
2. Saut. the chard, until just wilted, in 2 batches, seasoning each batch
with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Serve immediately.
