INGREDIENTS

50 lb Carrots
17 lb Onions
50 lb Potatoes
1 lb Garlic
33 lb Celery
20 lb Lamb
Spices
1 ga Burgundy wine
Lots of water

INSTRUCTIONS

Use an 80-gallon pot. Stew is stirred with a boat paddle. Slow cook for 5
to 7 hours. Serves approximately 500 people.
Serve with Irish soda bread, coleslaw, brownies and beverage for lunch.
