Yogurt-dill Dressing

INGREDIENTS

8 oz Plain low-fat yogurt, 1 cup
2 t Finely chopped onion
1 t Lemon juice
1/2 t Crushed dill weed
1/4 t Dry mustard
1/8 t Garlic powder

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all ingredients thoroughly and chill until served.  Serve over
tossed green salad.  2 tb serving:  free food exchange, 18 Calories
