INGREDIENTS

1 qt Low Sodium Tomato Juice
2 cn Low Sodium "Beef" Broth —
Vegetarian from HFS
1/4 ts Celery Salt
ds Hot Pepper Sauce
12 oz Frozen Orange Juice
Concentrate — thawed
Undiluted
2 tb Lemon Juice
(10 3/4 oz) each

INSTRUCTIONS

Makes a great appetizer.
In large pan, heat tomato juice, bouillon, celery salt and hot pepper
sauce.  Simmer 10 min.  Add orange juice and lemon juice just before
serving.  Heat, but DO NOT BOIL.
Serves 6 - 8.
