INGREDIENTS

6 c Zucchini; chopped, up to 8
1 lg Onion; chopped
1 1/2 c American cheese; shredded
1 1/2 c Bisquick
3 Eggs
1/2 c Oil
1 ts Salt
1 ts Pepper
1 ts Oregano

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all ingredients except eggs and oil in large bowl. Beat eggs and add to
mixture. Pour into large casserole or 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake uncovered for
50    minutes at 350 degrees.
