INSTRUCTIONS
Layer zukini and peeled and diced tomatoes and then onion rings. Sprinkle
brown sugar and salt, pepper and basil on top then cracker crumbs and
grated cheese . Cover with foil and bake 1/2 hour in 350 oven then remove
foil and continue baking 45 min.
