Sea salt; or more to taste |
INSTRUCTIONS
In a large bowl combine the lemon juices and sea salt. Add the red cabbage
and carrot and coat the vegetable well. Place a weighted plate on the bowl
to "press" the slaw. Allow the cabbage mixture to marinate for at least a
half an hour. Stir in parsley just before serving.
Yield: 6 servings
