Fluffy Fruit Dip With Almond Chips

INGREDIENTS

1/4 c Low-fat sour cream
1/4 c Peach preserves
7 oz Marshmallow creme, 1 jar
1/4 c Almond brickle chips, such
as Bits 'O Brickle
4 Dozen whole strawberries
with green caps

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine sour cream, preserves, and marshmallow creme in a bowl,
stirring with a wire whisk until blended.  Cover and chill for at least
2 hours or up to 2 days. Stir in brickle  chips just before serving.
Yield: 1-1/2 cups (serving size: 1  tablespoon dip and 2  
strawberries).  Per serving: 50 Calories; 1g Fat (16% calories from
fat); 1g Protein;  11g Carbohydrate; 0mg Cholesterol; 6mg Sodium
