INSTRUCTIONS
Brown meat in a non-stick skillet. Drain off any fat. Add remaining
ingredients, except cheese. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. Uncover and cook
until all liquid has evaporated leaving a thick tomato sauce. Sprinkle with
cheese. Calories: 220 per serving. Yield: 4 servings.
