INGREDIENTS

1 Stick butter
1 c Sugar
1 Egg, lightly beaten
2 ts Vanilla extract
1/2 c Milk
1 1/4 c Flour
1/2 ts Baking soda
3/4 c Walnuts, chopped
1 c Chocolate chips
1/3 c Coconut, flaked
3/4 c Raisins
3/4 c Candied cherries, chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the oven to 350°F.  Beat the butter and sugar until light and
fluffy.  Beat in the eggs, vanilla extract and milk.  Sift the flour and
baking soda and stir into the butter mixture.  Add the remaining
ingredients and mix well.  Drop by tablespoons onto greased baking sheets
and bake 15 minutes, or until spread and golden.  Remove to a wire rack to
cool completely.  Makes 25 cookies  Typed in MMFormat by
