Honey-mustard Tenderloin

INGREDIENTS

1 Whole pork tenderloin, about
1 pound
4 T Honey
2 T Cider vinegar
2 T Brown sugar
1 T Dijon-style mustard
1/2 t Paprika

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine ingredients; mix thoroughly. Coat
tenderloin well with sauce. Roast for 20 to 30 minutes, basting
occasionally, until meat thermometer registers 160 degrees F. Slice
thinly to serve. Makes 4 servings. 229 calories per servings.  Posted
