INGREDIENTS

2 cn Garbanzo beans
1/2 c Tahini
1 ts White vinegar
1 tb Olive oil
8 oz Plain yogurt
2 Cloves garlic
1/2 c Water
Fresh mint
Olives

INSTRUCTIONS

Blend all ingredients (except water, mint and olives) in food processer
until creamy. Add water as necessary for right texture. Refrigerate for
about 2 hours. Serve on small dish. Make a small well at center of dish in
the hommus and add additional olive oil, fresh mint, and olives for
decoration and taste. Serve as appetizer with Arabic bread or pita bread
for dipping.
