Israeli Spiced Fish Fillets

INGREDIENTS

1 lb Fish fillets
2 tb Lemon juice
1 tb Olive oil (use the best; really fruity, extra-virgin)
1/2 ts Cumin
1/4 ts Tabasco; or to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Paprika

INSTRUCTIONS

Arrange fillets in a single layer in a shallow broiling pan. Combine lemon
juice, oil, and seasonings. Spread over fish. Sprinkle with paprika. broil
5-6 minutes, or more, without turning, until fish flakes easily. (Don't
