Ingredients: 100 g Butter; 1/2 c Cocoa; 1/4 c Milk; 4 c Icing sugar; 2 ts Vanilla essence; Alcohol to taste i.e.rum or; The mighty 'Bailey's Irish; Cream!'

INGREDIENTS

100	g	Butter
1/2	c	Cocoa
1/4	c	Milk
4	c	Icing sugar
2	ts	Vanilla essence
		Alcohol to taste i.e.rum or
		The mighty 'Bailey's Irish
		Cream!'

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all ingredients into microwave safe bowl. Cook for 2 minutes on
high, stirring frequently. Mix some more until niiiice and smoooooth.
Put in a tin with grease proof paper on bottom and refridgerate until
set. Cut into blocks and munch. Mmmmm....:)
