Matzo Meal Rolls

INGREDIENTS

1 c Water
1/2 c Oil
1 tb Sugar
4 Eggs
1 ts Salt
2 c Matzo Meal
2 tb Potato Starch

INSTRUCTIONS

Bring oil and water to boil. Mix dry ingredients together and add all at
once to liquids. Mix well until it forms a ball. Revome from heat and beat
in eggs, one at a time, until smooth. Let cool 15 minutes. With greased
hands shape into 10 balls and place on greased baking sheet. With tip of
knife, cut roll design on each ball. Bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes.
Dough may be shaped, wrapped in foil and frozen.
