Mexican Patties

INGREDIENTS

1 lb Ground beef
1 c Pretzel crumbs
1/2 c Chopped onion
4 oz Can green chiles deseeded and chopped
2 tb Chorizo sausage, chopped
1 tb Chili seasoning
2 Cloves garlic, crushed
8 oz Monterey Jack Cheese
2 Green peppers

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 375F. Combine all ingredients, except cheese and the 2
green peppers, in a medium bowl until well blended.  Make 10 meatballs with
a 1 inch cube of Jack cheese in the center of each. Cut peppers into
quarters and remove seeds. Place meatballs into the center of each pepper
and bake 20-30 minutes.
Serves 4-6.
