Mini Meat Loaves

INGREDIENTS

1 cn (14.5 oz) chili-style chunky tomatoes
2 tb Worcestershire sauce
2 Eggs
1/4 ts Salt
1/4 ts Ground black pepper
2 lb Lean ground meat loaf mix (beef and pork)
1 1/4 c Seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 c Ketchup

INSTRUCTIONS

Place rack in upper third of oven. Heat oven to 475°. Line jelly-roll pan
with foil. Coat with cooking spray.
Combien tomatoes, Worcestershire, eggs, salt and pepper in large bowl. Add
ground meat and bread crumbs, stirring until just combined. Divide mixture
into 8 equal pieces; shape into mini-loaves. Place on prepared pan.
Bake in upper third of 475° oven for 15 minutes. Spread ketchup over top of
loaves. Bake 5 minutes more or until juices run clear and internal
temperature registers 180° on an instant-read thermometer.
