Molasses-raisin Brown Bread

INGREDIENTS

1 c Buttermilk, Low-Fat
1/2 c All-Purpose Flour
1/2 c Whole-Wheat Flour
1/2 c Cornmeal
1/3 c Molasses
1 t Baking Soda
1/4 t Salt
1/4 c Raisins
Vegetable Cooking Spray

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine first 7 ingredients; beat at low speed of a mixer for 30
seconds.  Beat at medium speed until blended. Stir in raisins. Pour
half of  batter into a 2 cup glass measuring cup coated with cooking
spray.  Cover with wax paper and microwave at Medium (50% power) 5 to 7
minutes or until edge is no longer doughy, rotating a half-turn after
3 minutes. let stand 5 minutes. turn loaf out onto a wire rack.  Repeat
procedure with remaining batter. Cool. Cut each loaf crosswise  into 6
