Perfect Salmon Mold

INGREDIENTS

1 Envelope unflavoured gelatin
1 c Undiluted Carnation 2% E. milk
1 cn (7.5 oz) drained flaked salmon
1 pk Softened cream cheese
1/4 c Mayo
3 tb Lemon juice
2 tb Chopped green onion
1 tb Chopped parsley
1/4 ts Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Sprinkle gelatin over Carnation in small saucepan; let stand 1- min. to
soften. Cook and stir over low heat until gelatin is dissolved; cool. Pour
into blender container. Add salmon, ream cheese, Mayo, lemon juice, onion,
parsley and salt. cover and blend until smooth. Pour into 3 cup mold. chill
until firm. Unmold, garnish and serve with crackers. Makes about 2 1/2
cups.
