Pineapple Ginger Sauce

INGREDIENTS

1 ts Minced garlic
1 ts Minced ginger
1 c No-sugar-added pineapple
Juice
1/4 c Low sodium tamari or soy
Sauce
1 tb Cornstarch dissolved in 1
tb Cold water

INSTRUCTIONS

Saute garlic and ginger in a little water in a medium non-stick skillet.
After about 3 minutes add juice and soysauce.  Heat on medium high until it
boils, then stir in cornstarch.  Heat until it gets to your desired
consistency.
