Pizza Dough

INGREDIENTS

1 c Water
1 tb Olive oil
2 ts Honey
1 1/2 c All-purpose flour
1 1/2 c Whole wheat flour
1 ts Fine sea salt
2 ts Active dry yeast
Cornmeal for sprinkling

INSTRUCTIONS

Put all dough ingredients except corn meal,in the inner pan in the order
listed , or in the reverse order if the manual for you machine specifies
dry ingredients first and liquids last. Select dough cetting. When machine
beeps after 1 hour and 20 minutes remove dough. Turn off the machine.
Divibe dough in half and form 2 balls. Let the dough rest 10 minutes.
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Lightly grease two 12-inch pizza pans or
sprinkle them with cornmeal to prevent pizza from sticking. Using both
hands, stretch dough to fit pans and press it evenly into them. Pinch dough
around the edges to form a rim. Spread Pizza Sauce,or other sauce of
choice, on the dough add add any toppings. Bake 12 to 14 minutes, until
sauce is bubbly and the dough crust lightly browned.
