Pork And Apple Tacos

INGREDIENTS

2 T Vegetable oil
3 T Lime juice
3 Cloves garlic, finely
chopped
4 Boneless pork chops, sliced
into
1/4-inch strips
Salt and freshly ground
pepper
4 Flour tortillas
Pre-grated cheese, cheddar &
monterey
jack
Iceberg lettuce, shredded
3 Chopped tomatoes
Sour cream
Cilantro
Salsa, store bought or
homemade
2 Chopped apples

INSTRUCTIONS

How to Prepare the Pork:  Combine the oil, lime juice and garlic in a
shallow baking dish, add  the pork and toss to coat, let sit for 5
minutes. Heat a large  skillet until smoking, season pork with salt and
pepper and saut for  5-6 minutes or until cooked through.  How to
