When His people are without strength, without resources, without hope, without human gimmicks – then He loves to stretch forth His hand from heaven. Pork Chop and Potato Cassarole

INGREDIENTS

4 Pork chops
8 Peeled and sliced potatos, about
16 oz Sour cream
1 cn Cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c Water

INSTRUCTIONS

Flour and brown porkchops. Layer potatoes & sour cream mix in pan until all
used up and the last layer is the sour cream mix. Place pork chops on top.
Bake at 350 for 1 hr. and 45 min. or until potatoes are done.
This is a family favorite and I have long since known where it came from!
