We Love God!

God: "I looked for someone to take a stand for me, and stand in the gap" (Ezekiel 22:30)

If we are to grab the next generation with the gospel, we must grab them with passion. And to grab them with passion, we must be gripped with it ourselves. The world needs to see Christians burning, not with self-righteous fury at the sliding morals in our country, but with passion for God. As W.E. Sangster put it, “I’m not interested to know if you could set the Thames on fire. What I want to know is this: if I picked you up by the scruff of your neck and dropped you into the Thames, would it sizzle?”

One 13×9 shallow baking pan
Graham crackers
1 Stick butter
1 Stick margarine
1/2 c Sugar
Chopped pecans; about a cup more or less to your taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Break the 4-sectioned graham cracker in half (so that you have two sections
still intact; i.e., a square of graham cracker, comprising two sections,
intact), and line the bottom of the pan with the squares.
Melt the butter and margarine in a saucepan. Add the sugar and boil for 2
minutes.
Pour the mixture evenly over the graham-cracker squares, then sprinkle with
the chopped pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes. Remove from pan at
